To those who are worried because she isnt using mats: if you can do the tricks correctly, you dont need mats and if you do them wrong you are most likely to just hang in the silk because you are kinda tied up in the silks 😅 (ive been doing silks for 5 years)

This is beautiful, demonstrates incredible strength, and since she lets go of the silk fully from her hands...it shows she understands topology and how the silk ribbon? functions in dynamic sort of knots. I can't call those knots, but studying different ways to make knots, would be a good way to understand what she does...and how confident she is in her control of the ribbon. I have not seen a lot of this type of performance so I just cannot compare it to other sports, or judge the techniques properly, but this is my attempt.
